The Member Service Representative is responsible for assisting members with routine banking transactions, answering questions, referring new account and loan opportunities to the appropriate areas - all with a a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, service.High School diploma and prior customer service, retail or banking required. This individual must meet all requirements for hire and be able to work a rotating Saturday schedule.
